No, we do not. All text corrections and updates like price changes etc. are free. However, they are processed in the order received, to be fair to all of our customers.
A full-size metallic sign will be placed in your yard indicating that your property is featured on QCFSBO®.com. This yard sign will remain the property of Quad City Virtual, Inc. and must be returned at the end of the listing period in the original condition to our office. A refundable deposit of $75 is required and must be paid with cash or check. Other conditions and restrictions may apply. Directional signs are provided at no additional cost.
Our fees are non-refundable. They are one time fee charged for a list until sold period under two plans listed above. These fees cannot be prorated or refunded.
Any advertising upgrade in number of pictures after an ad has already been set up and/or posted on our web site will require an extra set-up fee in addition to the higher listing fee as applicable. This is to offset our costs for another visit to your property and picture taking. Travel fee, depending on property location, may apply. Please contact us for details.
